Shipping Policy

  1. If you are eligible for free shipping and the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an error on your part or that of the courier, you will be responsible for the second delivery fee. This fee typically costs around $40, depending on your location. Please note that eligibility for free shipping does not guarantee successful delivery, and it is important to ensure that all delivery information is accurate to avoid any additional charges.
  2. Free shipping to the Contiguous US (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories) is applicable to all orders.
  3. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or islands as determined by the courier.
  4. In the event that the courier determines they do not provide service to your area, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
  5. Deliveries to remote areas or islands carry a risk of unsuccessful delivery, and in such cases, the customer will be responsible for the corresponding return fee. This also applies to other regions classified as remote areas or high failure delivery rate destinations as determined by the courier.
  6. We rely on the courier's tracking page for updates on the status of your delivery. If you have doubts about the status provided by the courier, please provide relevant evidence to assist us in negotiating with the courier. Otherwise, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
  7. The risk of damage or loss of goods is transferred to the customer at the time of delivery or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when there was an attempted delivery or when collected.
  8. It is your responsibility to take photos of the packaging, including the shipping label, as well as the machine upon receipt. These photos will serve as evidence in the event of damage caused by shipping. If no evidence is provided, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
  9. Damaged and faulty items must be returned to us for inspection at your own cost. You are responsible for the handling and shipping of the contents of your return.
  10. Liability will never exceed the value of the goods.
