Return Policy

Our Cancellation Policy states that customers can cancel their order within 12 hours after placing said order. For preorders, customers can cancel their order up to the shipping date. Customers will receive continuous updates on the status of their preorder. The last update before shipping will notify customers that there are 24 hours left before shipping, hence they have 24 hours left to cancel their order.

We accept returns for all full-price items provided we receive a return request email from the customer within 14 days of the initial delivery date and all sale or discontinued items, we accept returns if a return request email is received within 7 days of the original delivery date.

Please do make sure that all products are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging including all accessories and documentation.

If you need to return an item, send us an email to hello@lochelectronics.com  stating your order number and reason for the return. 

Before returning your Capsule, please provide us with pictures/videos of all interior and exterior components of the dishwasher and the outer package box, so that we may verify that the Capsule is in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

Only items that have been purchased directly from this website can be returned to Loch Electronics. Loch Electronics products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to organise and pay for the return shipping

For returns that are not due to faults or damage, customers are responsible for covering the handling cost of contents at the warehouse (£20/$30/€30) and shipping cost from us to their address (£20/$30/€30). This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that damaged and faulty items must be returned to Loch Electronics Limited for inspection. Upon receipt of any returned Capsules that are claimed to be damaged, we will inspect the products and determine if any liability can be confirmed and we will inform you about the outcome. If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it promptly to the original payment method. Please note that the timeframe for the refund process depends on the bank and may take up to 10 days. We cannot guarantee how long it will take for a refund to show on your account as this is controlled by the card issuer.

Please be aware that residual water inside the machine is a normal occurrence resulting from quality control testing and is not considered a fault. It is recommended to run an empty cycle before using the machine.

To ensure that any shipping damage can be properly addressed, please take photos of the packaging, including the shipping label, as well as the machine upon receipt. These photos will serve as evidence of any damage during shipping. We will not be able to issue a refund or a replacement without evidence. We can only issue a refund or a replacement if the returned item is in its original packaging and includes all accessories.

We advise that you keep the original packaging in case the unit is faulty. Please note that our liability will never exceed the value of the goods.
